Description

Bought myself a Soviet Antique gun, which is my second rifle for my future antique rifle collections. :) It's 1942 Mosin Nagant 91/30 which fires 7.62x54 rounds, wood was once a part of an soviet airplane during WW2 . Got this for a nice price... $175. :D

Accessories:
A real steel bayonet, yes a real bayonet to mount it at the end of the barrel to stab someone with it.
Small steel tin canister to carry oil for the rifle.
Two of 7.62x54 clips with each holding 5 bullets.
A small tool set.
A Soviet KGB Guide book including how to fight effectively with hand to hand combat, knives, rifles. ETC.
A pouch to carry oil canister and tools.
35 of 7.62x54mm bullets for the rifle.

Pretty damn good deal for a gun like this for the price of $175 bucks!

Lovely Lam. Mosin for an average price. 1942 is the most common year for Izzy, Triangle with an arrow in it is the symbol to look for.
As far as the stock goes, it was never part of an aircraft but used to replace a wartime stock in rough shape. If you look on either the receiver or on the stock towards the butt there should be either a box, or a box with a / in it. It means it was refurbished in the Ukraine and put into storage for a future war with the NATO. Mosins may be called obsolete by most of the world but it is still in service in a few countries today like Finland as snipers.
